Ariel Ostrow, LMT

Ariel Ostrow graduated from Healing Hands Institute for Massage Therapy in Westwood, NJ in 2009. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist in New York and New Jersey, as well as being Board Certified nationally. She has maintained her Private Practice since 2014 and has worked in both the medical field and spa industry. Ariel has extensive experience with medical-based and Prenatal massage.  She is confident working with people who have chronic pain and specific medical conditions.  Her main focus is to help relieve pain and restore structural balance in the body with the use of a variety of massage techniques. Ariel truly believes massage therapy has the ability to mend and heal the mind and body.
